Worn road markings/no lane signs

The 3 lanes need marking up and better signage for lanes as nearly everyday i have someone in the wrong lane nearly running into me. The left lane is left turn only onto M62 and people go straight forward onto the A58 cutting up the person in the middle lane who then cuts up the person in the outside lane. All people focus on is the 3 lanes at the end of the slip road going onto the 3 lanes to the roundabout and dont see the sigs on the road or follow the white lines. This needs attention as it has nearly caused several accidents not just for me but for alot of other road users as i see it on a daily basis.
