Lights not facing correct way

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4688137.

Lights rotated on pole that means traffic is coming from the east doesn't stop when the traffic coming from the A1 junction 6 southbound exit goes onto the roundabout. causing lots of near misses
