• To ensure we’re providing the best possible value for money to the public and to enable us to respond to the ongoing safety critical needs of the network effectively, we are unfortunately unable to assist with the following tree management enquiries: • Leaf, fruit or seed fall from trees • Shading or screening to gardens, solar panels and properties • Overhanging vegetation and tree roots (where direct damage is not being caused) • TV or satellite reception and signals • To improve light availability • In an attempt to prevent honeydew from aphids You’re legally entitled to cut back any overhanging vegetation up to your boundary where required. If you are unable to carry out this work safely from the ground then you should consider employing a private contractor to prune back overhanging branches on your behalf. If you are experiencing issues with your TV or satellite signal, we would advise you speak with your TV service provider and consider moving your aerial/satellite dish.
