A404 Bisham roundabout

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4681651.

This is causing so long delays and I understand the reasons why a lane had to be closed but all this week whilst stuck in the traffic I see that no tankers or the pumping station is present but still the lane is closed off, why? surely it can be reopened.
