Just after the lay-by the road surface has broken up and now there are deep potholes hard to miss

This is now really really dangerous. It will cause an accident as it covers the width of the road and the potholes are now wide and deep. Nearly burst my tyre and nearly lost control of the car!! It’s been getting worse and now it’s really dangerous
