Big depression/sinkage in the carriageway approx outside no 104
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4673146.
The road has a large depression in the surface approx outside no 104 in line with the 40mph sign heading in the direction of the m62.
It is so bad a car travelling the speed limit 40mph raises from the ground when it passes over, truck are much worse a their raised wheels hit the surface as the other axles pass over.
It's only a matter of time before a vehicle loses control at this point and has an accident. This has gotten worse over the last 3 weeks. I originally reported it to Oldham council 18/05/23 who advised yourselves were responsible and they would forward it on. I have heard nothing back and appears from your website this has not been logged. It is not the same issue as reported from outside the school in 2021, it is much worse.

I Hit this subsidence at 40mph on my motorcycle and was almost thrown off my bike.
