A404 northbound off slip to Shoppenhangers Road, Maidenhead

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4669328.

During the heavy rain on Monday 12/06/23 the off slip had standing water approx 50-100 mm deep, most likely due to blocked drainage.
