Leaving roundabout towards brentwood

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4663854.

This has been flooding on this junction every time it rains for over 10 years. Will you please unblock the drain. In the winter the road turns to ice and floods. It is totally unacceptable.
