Closing M65 Jct 7

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4657790.

Closing the junction at this time and not sorting traffic lighrlts out at jct 6 due to diverted traffic. The traffic is horrendous and the light s at the junction only allow a few cars through at a time. Traffic is tailed back past Rishton resivour.

    We had to install an emergency closure here following a serious road traffic collision. The closure was required in order for emergency carriageway resurfacing to be completed. We apologise for the inconvenience this caused on your journey.
