Dangerous driving by a highway maintenance van. Number plate NA22 PVL. Male driver. Talking on his phone whilst holding it to his ear with his right hand and swerving in and out of traffic going either the speed limit or over. This was between 12:30pm and 13:30pm on 7th June 2023. No category to report drivers.
