Recessed storm drain cover

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4643132.

Ireported this problem last year and was told the Council would contact whoever is responsible for the cover to repair and if they didn't respond, the council would repair and send a bill. This cover is towards the middle of the road (Kings Road continuing to the A35) and the noise is defeaning when the large lorries, in particular, drive past. It is almost opposite Hale Lane.
