M4 Jct 11-6 Eastbound, Litter and misc debris

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4640919.

I counted 10 tyre carcasses in the area between the outside lane and the central barrier - 1 even still had the steel wheel inside it. There is also a whole host of litter and debris in this section such as petrol cans, builders bucket, wood, tyre remnants which could be a hazard and block the drains. This needs to be cleaned up to avoid an incident.
