Footway collapse/void, trip hazard on access chamber

Reported via desktop in the Pavement/footpath/cycleway/bridleway issue (NH) category anonymously at 21:11, Tue 6 June 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4640447.

Approx 50m south of junction 10 there is a hole/collapse/void within the footway right next to a double access chamber which is an immediate trip hazard. The access chamber has also dropped within the frame on one side which in itself creates another trip hazard. Add to this that the whole footway is overgrown with vegitation means pedestrians are right up against the kerbline and any trip would take them straight out into the carriageway and imminent danger.
