Temp traffic light blocked by other lights from traffics point of view
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4638997.
The temporary lights are positioned behind other non working lights and it seems like from the traffics point of view its a blocked view as cars not always stopping. As a pedestrian not sure if the cars are going to stop in all three lanes, need to be infront of lights that are currently out of use.
