Overgrown vegetation obstructing cycle path

Reported via desktop in the Vegetation (grass/hedges/trees) (NH) category anonymously at 12:13, Tue 6 June 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4637955.

The vegetation along the side of the road/pavement is making it very narrow for cyclists to get past the traffic light column. The whole length of pavement from the lay-by down the A30 to where Devon County Council takes responsibility of the road needs to be cut back, but also scraped back on the pavement to reveal the true width of the pavement again due to debris and growth.
