Pedestrian pavement that goes across the A49 connecting one side of Brimfield with the other side of the A49

Reported via desktop in the Pavement/footpath issue (NH) category anonymously at 14:33, Mon 5 June 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4633905.

A few months ago, a concrete bollard was removed at the beginning of the pavement on Brimfield village side. It was thrown in a ditch further up the lane, it has since been retrieved by the local highways team. The bollard now needs replacing as ride-on's, etc are using this pedestrian walkway. The local highway team say it is not their responsibility, can you please advise if it falls within your remit and if so advise of replacement.
