Flytipping from bridge on Upton Lane that crosses M5 near jct 11a

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4626698.

Two suitcases of various crap have been thrown (flytipped) from Upton bridge (Abbeymead end) but best access is from M5. Its been there month plus and did contact City Council but their contractors have said it needs to be Highways.
