Overgrown grass overcrowds footpath

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4624984.

The footpath is overgrown from the western side coming south along the access road, then it is overgrown from both sides near the traffic circle, before the vegetation is in better control. Due to the differential mowing, it appears that perhaps multiple jurisdictions apply. As a cyclist commuting pulling children in a double wide trailer it is very difficult to cycle through, and impossible for anyone to pass us.
