Vegetation Growing too Tall

Reported via mobile in the Vegetation (grass/hedges/trees) (NH) category anonymously at 16:25, Fri 2 June 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4624525.

Self seeding sycamore trees are taking over on the bank & verge (which is already unstable as so much debris/soil & vegetation has needed to be cleared recently) The trees are growing rapidly taller, which poses a risk to our houses on the other side of the road - from them falling from the unsteady bank particularly in high winds/storms. There is already a very large tree further along the verge which blocks our light and makes us nervous that it could potentially hit our house in a storm, we don’t want the trees opposite to eventually pose the same level of risk. Please can they be cut from the top so they are maintained and do not get too tall.

This report is now closed to updates from the public. You can make a new report in the same location.
