Overgrown hedge obstructing footpath leading up to road crossing

This property owner has allowed the hedge to overgrow after many years of non intervention. It is a very busy crossing for students to both Bexhill College and St. Richards School. There is a potential risk a student will be pushed into the A259 carriageway as it is near to a busy bus stop.
