Reflective studs (cat's eyes) not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4618823.

I have noticed over last few months that the white reflective studs between lanes seem not be working /obvious in the dark/bad weather in the section of M61 jct 4 until it joins M60 - it is in both the directions and have found keeping within my lane challenging under above mentioned conditions.
