Lamps out on traffic signal head

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 21:37, Wed 31 May 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4617174.

The red and amber lamps on the nearside traffic signal head for traffic travelling East (towards Wigan) along the A577 Orrell Road have both failed. This signal only displays green for the 'green' phase and is blank for other phases. Whilst the signals are on the A577, I understand that maintenance is the responsibility of National Highways rather than Wigan Council as they are part of the motorway junction (M6 jct 26).
