A63 night closure for works - Welton residents have had enough

I report as an East Riding County Councillor with feedback from residents who live in the village of Welton, Brough. It has been observed that the works to install new barriers along this stretch is going to take until Jun 25th. All vehicles travelling Westwards have been routed through narrow streets of Welton. This is tricky and noisy for large vehicles and residents have has enough disturbance particularly at night. Is there any way you could consider opening up one lane on the A63 to alleviate this?
