Yet another accident at jct22 M6/A49 through double set of lights. third accident I have seen this year. Phasing of lights and visiblity of lights from A49 southbound onto A580/?M6 south is applapplling. just a matter of time before another accident occurs.

The phasing of the lights a4/a580 southbound is wrong and the visibilty of the second sets of lights poor/unsafe.accident here regualarly and something needs to be done PRIORITY!
