Excess car parking

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4610237.

When leaving MagdaleneRise by vehicle view is totally blocked on the north side by parked cars. On the south side towards roundabout view also blocked by cars. Approaching from roundabout one can’t see to overtake said cars nor see anyone leaving M.R. Highly dangerous you have to take a risk.
