Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4605664.

There is a ridge which is almost like a mini speed bump that goes rite across the Braintree bound side of the highway about 50-100m after riverside in bradwell. This is not good for cars going over this and very uncomfortable when driving over, Too add to this I’ve just had to pay a large repair bill also for a broken spring and the road in this condition will potentially damage many more peoples cars leaving motorists with hefty repair bills.

I’ve passed your observations to our maintenance team who will promptly investigate your report. Potholes can be hazardous and we have processes in place to ensure they are made safe quickly. We carry out frequent safety patrols to monitor the condition of the road. Any potholes or defects we find are recorded. Repairs are then prioritised based on the severity of the defect.
