Orange and black construction bags flying across lanes m62 junction 25

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4605302.

Orange and black large construction bags having to be driven over. No way to swerve or change lanes, flying across all lanes and numerous. Flew under my car and blown my exhaust had to pull on to hard shoulder when coming off at batley/leeds junction.
