Road surface dangerous

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4601750.

The repair failed and the tarmac has lifted, there is now a trench going from the london bound junction acrss the east bound road as well as a road surface that is worse than a country mud track, this is very dangerous and should a cyclist hit this doing any speed they will be dismounted into traffic in a location that has had previous near faitalitys. this needs to be urgently looked at and by the log has been on going for over 2 years which is unacceptable.
