Pot hole near manhole cover again

There is a pot hole near the BT manhole cover again which is becoming increasingly severe. This is causing noise pollution to surrounding properties and vibration which is potentially causing damage to my property as I needed to repair cracks in my front wall recently. It is also causing risk to road users. This is a recurring issue that needs a permanent solution asap. I have previously reported this issue
