Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4592108.

The Fence is in a poor state of repair on west side of the A2 bordering Hambrook marshes. I am unsure who owns this fence, but was told it might be the reponsibility of National Highways. The concrete construction of the existing posts would suggest this. The adjacent land is grazed with cattle.
