Large degradation of surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4591668.

Previously patched section in lane 2 southbound (2m long?) severely degraded and unavoidable. Witnessed cars swerving to avoid of if hit causes bounce of on steering. Location just before countdown markers for J11A
