Large area of road / tarmac has eroded

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4584746.

When approaching the traffic light the road surface is in a terrible state, so much so road users are weaving significantly to avoid the mass of holes present. The road surface is dangerous, but so are the weaving cars as a result of the root cause. I saw an HGV brake this morning and it was like watch a plough drag up the tarmac. That’s very dangerous. I’ve been driving this route for 3 months now, and it’s getting worse week on week.
