M4 Jtn 8/9 to Jtn 4 Both Directions - Signs showing conflicting information

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4582789.

There are yellow lane closure slights that 'should' be covered up showing lanes open / closed all along the route. If you pass an overhead sigh that says lane closed then pass one of these yellow signs that says lane open - an accident could well result where HA would be liable. Happy to send photos of the signs.
