Missing stile making footpath unaccessible

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4570519.

The stile which leads to Stroud Footpath 708 has been missing since 2021. Rather than install a new stile which the landowner is responsible for maintaining, can a 1.5m gap be cut in the fencing to allow access on to the public right of way and the vegetation surrounding this access point be cut back. There are no livestock being kept in the adjacent field and so this should not be a concern.
