Dangerous road surface multiple craters and surface damage

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4560100.

Huge pot holes/ craters uneven and damaged surface due to multiple filling in of many hundreds of pot holes which some have been washed out by rain and got even bigger cars lorries are swerving to try and miss the craters to minimise damage to their vehicles swerving at 60/70 mph endangers everyone
