Potholes and uneven surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4559005.

Jct 10 slip road when joining westbound from the A329M, road surface has potholes and surface is extremely bumpy and damaged. My tyres and suspension are getting badly damaged daily. Urgent attention needed.
