Terrible road surface travelling both ways

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4558431.

Extremely poor road surface on both sides of the motorway. Extensive and multiple areas that need to be repaired with some urgency. Too many separate areas to list here - please do assess the road for yourself.
