Drain blocked at bottom of steps on Montagu Road side of underpass below A34 causing flooding when wet and slippy muddy residue when dry in underpass, resulting in slip hazards. Blocked drain above, in conjunction with uncleared foliage on the steps, and deterioration in non-slip surface on steps on Montagu Road side of underpass also causing slip hazards. Handrail on Stanley Close side of underpass inaccessible/overgrown by vegetation, causing health and safety risks to those needing handrail for accessibility. Hazard on steps on Montagu Road side of underpass below A34 - Nd handrail inaccessible
