Deep Potholes on Slip-road for M1 Northbound

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4553675.

Multiple deep potholes along the dashed line for the exit onto the M1 Northbound. Couldn’t see at night and made a very loud bang, caused us to have a puncture which required a new tyre and has also damaged the wheel. Clearly has been repaired previously but the issue has spread, needs urgent attention.
