Sent back up the wrong way up M11 by road closure

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4550418.

Heading back to London on the M11. If you pull off at Bishops Stortford services, roadworks on the roundabout on exiting will not allow you to continue back towards London but sends you back up the M11!! No short trip to the next junction either!! No signs informing you of this and no option but to comply with the situation or cause a crash!!
