  • Thank you for informing our Customer Contact Centre about the overgrown Ragwort on the M11 at North Weald. I appreciate you taking the time to report this. We carry out regular inspections of our roads and cut back trees and vegetation where we find that it’s limiting visibility of road signs, traffic signals, at junctions or the view ahead. I’ve passed your observations to our maintenance team. They will inspect the area and if necessary, arrange for this to be cut. Kind regards National Highways
