Unfinished roadworks . Between junction 1 and junction 2 east bound

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4538269.

There has been cones in this location on the hard shoulder. With roadwork signs up. There has no work done and they have been there since before lockdown. I travel pass this site every day and am wondering why nothing has been done. Thanks

    We can advise that closure for the hard shoulder in this area is due to the subsidence that’s occurring on the verge. For safety reasons this has been closed, as this has been for some time now we've raised this with the relevant team to follow up.
