Traffic signals on north bound off slip seem to stay red for long time.

The traffic signals on the north bound off slip seem to stay red for a long time which causes traffic to stack in lanes 1 and 2 of the off slip down towards the live lanes of the motorway. This is most noticable during the morning peak. This morning (10th May) traffic wishing to exit at Jct 5 was stacking in lane 1 of the motorway.
