Lane two road surface has failed.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4534922.

Lane two road surface has failed. The stones that make the surface are shedding flicking up and hitting vehicles/pedestrians.

The surface is becoming pot holed and rutted, and won't be long before it causes an accident (if it hasn't already?)
