Many potholes and very rutted surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4531237.

At the bottom of the eastbound off slip road the surface is appalling, rutted and potholed. Cars swerving to avoid the holes.

Please fix Road , every day is more worse also slip road need some correct sign to explain drivers there is only one lane .
