Mirror needed on post in central reservation

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4531090.

A mirror is needed for the junction of a30 Avondale road. When exiting the Avondale road you cannot see oncoming traffic on the a30. The lay-by along the a30 is always full of residents vehicles blocking all lines of sight to see oncoming traffic. You have to encroach onto the dual carriageway to see past any vehicles parked and to see any oncoming vehicles. There have been multiple near miss accidents by pulling out blind.

  • What are we waiting for;- School traffic, People to and from work, we at least need is a mirror placed on the Dual Carriageway facing toward the West to enable vision of oncoming fast (40 mph) traffic there by possibly reducing an awful tragic incident. Resident of Avondale Road
