M27 Speed Camera Flashing between J5&7 Eastbound

Sent to National Highways 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4518957.

Before the bend could see flashing off in the distance. Road works are currently in place between the junctions, speed limit dropping in increments with lanes 1&2 closed and coned off. All vehicles in lane 3, on approach could see the gantry clearly reading a 40 posted limit, with myself and cars ahead/behind at 35mph on my speedometer. Pretty much a strobe light as we all passed through.
