Dangerous road surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4513991.

It is impossible to switch lanes because a large section of the central road surface is missing. It is along a stretch that is affected. It is very dangerous because you can’t switch lane to overtake. The main problem is on stretch of the haslingden bypass.
