Significant deterioration of road surface, risk to life, northbound form Grain road slip road to Carr industrial estate

Road deterioration getting worse over last month, very large & long potholes now down to road base in middle of lanes. Risk of loss of control of vehicle, risk of puncture, no warnings of risk.
