M3 J5 off-slip northbound traffic lights at roundabout. Lights stay red on slip road if no traffic on roundabout. At quiet times you can be waiting at lights on slip road for a long time. It seems a car needs to be on roundabout to trigger any kind of eventual change. Are the trigger circuits on slip road working correctly?
